We navigated every step with care, managing all the necessary paperwork to expedite the Landmark Preservation Commission (LPC) permit. The centerpiece of this project is the exquisite black wooden door. Its deep, rich hue instantly elevates the building’s façade, inviting residents and guests to enter. Understanding the importance of security, we equipped the door with top-of-the-line hardware. This feature ensures a safe environment without compromising the door’s sleek design and to complete the look, Dori Doors proposed an innovative idea to the client – painting the adjacent windows with black paint.
