Founded in 2013 by Sofia Jaimes and Omer Dori, Dori Doors has become New York City’s leading provider of custom, high-end doors for building entrances, residential buildings, retail storefronts, schools, commercial spaces and religious facilities. With a shared passion for design, craftsmanship, and entrepreneurship, Sofia and Omer built a company rooted in creativity, precision, and quality.

Sofia, originally from Colombia, holds degrees in Business Administration from Pontifical Xavierian University and Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. With a background in project management, design, and set production, she brings a thoughtful, creative vision to every project.

Omer, born and raised in Israel, moved to New York after completing his military service. He discovered a passion for door-making through the locksmith trade and spent years mastering his craft before launching Dori Doors.

With over two decades of combined industry experience, the founders lead a team of highly skilled designers and craftsmen committed to excellence at every stage of the process.
